Hot cutting/welding unit
Description
New and improved unit now proposed in two versions, both with the aim of cutting and simultaneously welding the zipper tapes.
HCT, to replace the previous one, mechanically improved.
HCT PN, which allows you to cut and weld the tape of individual zips exactly at distances from just over 1 mm. up to about 10 mm. approximately from the end of the teeth, with automatic discharge of the scraps by means of a jet of compressed air.
Like the previous one, this unit is equipped with a power supply-transformer, which reduces the power supply voltage to 24 V, and a precision digital thermoregulator with continuous setting of the required temperature.
Thanks to these features, the welding, by fusion, of the cut edges of the tapes can be optimized.
The welding takes place, at the same time as the cutting, thanks to the heating of the blade to the optimal temperature for the melting of the fiber constituting the tape itself.
Variants
In the HCT version the unit consists of:
- The HCT tool for hot cutting
- The HPPRE-1200 electric press
- The EWT electrical panel for controlling the blade temperature
In this version the equipment can be fitted with the measurement accessory of the zippers, MU-05 or MU-1, available separately.
In the HCT PN version the unit is instead composed of:
- the HCT PN tool for hot cutting to size (complete with reference pin).
- The modified HPPRE-1200 electric press with addition of a pneumatic circuit complete with pneumatic valve
- The EWT electrical panel for controlling the blade temperature.
There is no point in applying a measuring instrument to the HCT PN version.
By purchasing the HCT PN version, you can quickly and easily switch from one version to another.
