Semi-automatic pneumatic machine for the gapping of sewn and woven coil zippers
Description
Both the constructive choices and that of the driving force allow, even to non-skilled personnel such as the operators themselves, to modify the machine autonomously and in a few minutes to switch it to the gapping of almost all the coil zip fasteners on the market.
Switching the machine from the gapping of one type of zipper to another (for example, from a 6.4 mm zip to another 8 mm wide) only involves the replacement of 2 parts: the gapping blade and the zip guide.
The replacement of the 2 parts above, which constitute the “customization”, can be carried out by the operator himself in about 5 minutes, without the intervention of skilled technicians.
All blades create a 30mm gap but it is easily possible to carry out multiple and contiguous operations to increase its length.
It is equally possible to make gaps, at the beginning and / or at the end of a single piece of zip, which do not affect the whole blade but only a part of it.
For example a gap of only 15 or 20 mm.
The unit is suitable for continuous and intensive processing and is controlled by a pneumatic pedal.
For a more effective use of the equipment, we recommend using the zip measuring unit (CGN/MU05 and CGN/MU1), supplied separately.
