Description
Tool for shortening/gapping coupled metal zippers designed for an easier gapping of zipper’s continuous chain. Only for metal zippers.
It removes the teeth of the coupled metal chain: the zip fastener guides are shaped and combined in such a way as to allow for multiple gapping of continuous chain without the metal scraps of the teeth disturbing or even preventing these subsequent operations.
Can be mounted and operated by both the manual HPPR or electric HPPRE-1200 press, sold separately.
Variants
MGTCC/20 – MGTCC/30 – MGTCC/40
22, 30, 40 are the widths of the blades which determine the length of the gap.
You must also specify the width of coupled teeth of the zip and send us samples of the same.
